Apple Cinnamon Fruit&Nut snacks
We are smack in the middle of the most festive time of year. To me, one of my absolute favorite flavor combinations that brings me warmth and happiness this time is year is apple cinnamon!

I've put together these delicious little snack balls that bring you a deliciously sweet bite of apple cinnamon goodness.
They are packed full of nuts, seeds, healthy fats, protein, fruit, and flavor!
And they are SO EASY to make!
What you need is a strong blender or a food processor. (must be able to break down nuts/ seeds)
Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 cup dried apples
1/2 cup dried apricots
2 tbsp stem ginger (can alter depending on your taste for ginger)
2/3 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup apple butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Pour all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender and pulse to mix. You want the final consistency to be sticky enough so you can mold whatever shape you want. Adjust amounts of ingredients as necessary. If it's too dry, add more molasses or honey and pulse for a little longer. If it's too wet, add more oats, seeds or nuts.
Take small amounts in your hands and mold into balls, or any shape you'd like. You can make bars or squares. Place in an air tight container and store in the fridge.
You can eat them right away or let them set in the fridge for a bit to firm up.
This recipe can be adjusted towards your specific likes with nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
Holds in fridge for up to two weeks, but I doubt they'll last that long! ;)
