This deliciously dark smoothie is packed with a long list of health benefits and tastes absolutely divine.

Portions: 1 large bowl or two small cauldrons

1 full pomegranate (just the seeds)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup fresh squeezed mandarin juice (may vary)

(optional, but recommended):

1 teaspoon flaxseeds

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon almonds

Garnish:

5-10 frozen blueberries

1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds

1-2 pinch Flaxseeds

Add all dry ingredients in a blender, blueberries at the bottom. Add the juice last. Blend until smooth.

Note: this recipe is intended to be thick enough to enjoy with a spoon. If you would like it thin enough to drink, you can add more juice before blending.

I found these adorable single portion- sized cauldrons at Michael's in the autumn/ Halloween sale section. They were too cute to pass up and pure perfection for October themed smoothies. ✨😈🎃👻💀
