Frozen Yogurt slices!

Mixed Berry frozen yogurt slices!

This delicious "bark" is a wonderful delight for anytime you are craving a sweet, healthy treat! It is great for snacks, breakfasts, and desserts!

This recipe is something that you can edit however you'd like. Use whatever fruit or fruit combinations that you enjoy or have available. Go crazy and have fun with it!

Ingredients:

10-12 oz Yogurt, any kind will do! (I prefer mixed berry for this recipe)

1-2 handful Raspberries, washed and cut in half

1-2 handful Blackberries, washed and cut in half

1-2 handful Blueberries, washed

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cups oats, granola, or muesli

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

Honey

Edible flower petals, for garnish

Time:

Prep: 5 mins

Total time: 1 hr+

Step 1: Empty out yogurt into a bowl and whisk until smooth

Step 2: Grab a cookie sheet, baking pan, large plate or cutting board (something you can move freely and fit into your freezer). Place a piece of wax or parchment paper upon the flat surface. Make sure the paper is big enough for the amount of yogurt you are using!

Step 3: Using a rubber spatula or a spoon, empty yogurt out onto paper and spread it to a thickness you'd enjoy. I like to make mine about 1/8 to 1/4 inches thick.

Step 4: Add toppings! Be generous and lay out the toppings all over the yogurt, starting big and working your way down in size; blackberries all the way to the chia seeds.

Step 5: Garnish! Add edible flower petals, if you have, and drizzle honey everywhere.

Step 6: Wrap flat surface gently in plastic wrap but don't let the plastic touch the food. (You don't need to use the plastic wrap if you are freezing for a short period of time). Freeze for at least 1 hr or until yogurt is completely solid.

Step 7: Take out of freezer and break into pieces.

Step 8: Serve or store! When served, let defrost for a few minutes for a softer delight or eat immediately as a cold frozen treat!

Storage: Store in freezer in an air- tight container or wrapped in plastic wrap.

Enjoy!! :D
